Sunday's Best: Feeling Retro

Hey Dolls,

Happy HumpDay and Happy Black History Month!!!

I know I'm  a few days late with my Sunday's Best post but here it is!

I was feeling very 50's with this outfit!

I love pencil skirts because I think they accentuate the curves so nicely!  Forever 21 had a fantastic sale on these right after Christmas so I picked up a few!

Church as always was a blessing.  The sermon focused on The Lord being our Jehovah Jirah meaning "Our Provider".  Trusting and leaning on God for all of my needs has been something I've been trying really hard to do lately.  I consider myself a pretty independent lady and try to be somewhat of a superwoman but I have to remember when it seems like I can't pull through, God is my source of strength and as we all know, he won't ever put too much on us that we can't bear.

When we walked out of church Sunday, the sun was shining so bright and I had to take a moment to feel it on my skin!

Before I go here's a little known Black History Fact for ya:
"Before Wally Amos became famous for his "Famous Amos" chocolate chip cookies, he was a talent agent at the William Morris Agency, where he worked with the likes of The Supremes and Simon & Garfunkel."

Have a magnificent remainder of the week!!!!  The weekend will be here before ya know it!!!
