I pray all of you had a wonderful weekend and hopefully you were given Monday off to enjoy President's Day!
I had a pretty awesome weekend that ended with a great word at church on Sunday. Here's what I was wearing:
I'm loving polka dots this season so in my effort to "Shop My Closet" I paired this polka dot dress first seen here, with my bright orange colored jacket that I've had for years and has never been worn!!!
In the picture below my shoes look like flats but the heels were sinking into the dirt....don't ya just hate that!?!
It was SOOOO windy Sunday! So much so I pulled a Marilyn Monroe walking into the store after church! LOL!!!
You can see my hair blowing every which way in these pictures.
The message in church was about being Watchmen! Warning always comes before destruction so God wants us to warn everyone that though we are not free from sin, it is our duty to repent of the things we do wrong because the wages of sin is death. Repentence is not purposely going out and doing what is wrong then asking God to forgive you, but actually having a change of heart and leaving those sinful things behind.
Well that's all for now, I'll be back soon!
Here is my Black History Fact for the day
Tanya R. Allen is the President & CEO of Forever Fresh Disposable Products. She revolutionized the feminine hygiene market in the US by developing the "pocket" design for briefs that added extra sanitary protection for women.
Have a great week!
