Have you heard that horizontal stripes make you look thinner?!?!? Well, I don't know if I agree with that but I do know I like the trend. Definitely more so than vertical stripes. But can we take a moment to talk about these heels!?!? FAB, I know! They were another "love at first sight, must have you in my shoe closet!" situation.
So back to the question at hand....these stripes and my waistline! When wearing a form fitting dress like such, I'll take any help when it comes to making sure there are no extra lumps and bumps! If horizontal stripes do the trick, I'm all for it!
I kept the look pretty simple and added a chartreuse necklace and these fabulous booties!

I know people who will not wear them. Like I mentioned earlier, you won't see me in the vertical stripes much but I love a nice horizontal striped item of clothing!!!

On another note, who's ready for winter?!?!? (raises hand) Well.....I'm not necessarily ready for winter as in temperature lower than 50 degrees but I am ready to bust out the coats and boots!!!
