The Bardot also has Old City Brew cold brew coffee on tap!!! On tap, folks!
I don't know if this is a normal thing, but I was so enamored by the fact that there's coffee on tap that getting one has been added to my list of "Things I Need to Have in My Life Right Now"! Beer on tap, yes, wine on tap, sure, but cold brew coffee...unheard of! Okay maybe I'm exaggerating a little but I FREGGIN' LOVE it! Soooo Universe, it's so cute and I want one for my classroom! I'd be the Teacher of the Year for that reason alone!

THE BARDOT BEAUTY LOUNGE
What's black and white, and hot pink all over? The Bardot Beauty Lounge! The decor is very chic and screams GIRL POWER! I especially love the color scheme of the pedicure area! The black and white cattle print is the perfect touch!
THE BARDOT SERVICES
As I mentioned before, The Bardot Beauty Lounge is a one stop shop! Offering waxing, lashes, makeup, haircare, cuts, color, and nails, they provide everything you need to get glammed up. During our morning at the Bardot, we got to experience their services!
I was excited to get The Bardot Makeover because it included airbrush, which I've never had before, and lashes.
The air on my face from the airbrush application was very relaxing! I couldn't believe how quickly Devan, my make-up artist, was able to cover my entire face with foundation. I can see how this would be the best technique to use for a wedding party.
Speaking of wedding parties, The Bardot also offers Bridal services and are willing to travel to you! I know right! They'll come to you in their super cute Bardot Beauty Bus! So picture this...it's your wedding day, and you step outside onto a bus with all your best girlfriends, to get glammed up to your favorite tunes while sipping champagne! What more can you ask for? This would definitely add character to your "Big Day" memories!

The other ladies also got make-overs! Some of them also did blow outs with styles and manicures.
Do you remember me mentioning earlier that it felt like a slumber party? Well, we were all in one open space getting beautified and that flat screen on the wall played all the newest videos to some of our favorite tunes on the radio right now! It was a good time!
My girl, Tanner Mann, got a gel mani with talented nail artist, Janean Johnson!
This is exactly what you're going to hear all day after getting pampered at The Bardot (pronounced Bar-Dough)! I recently had the opportunity to spend a little girl time with The Bardot Babes and some of my fav fellow influencers at the Bardot Beauty brunch a couple weekends ago and it was a great time from the moment we walked in, to the time we left. The Bardot Beauty Lounge is definitely a one stop shop for all things beauty! The Bardot is not like your typical salon, in fact don't even call it a salon! Being true to its name, it is a beauty lounge. The morning really felt like a slumber party at a besties house! We laughed, we brunched, we sang and danced to the latest videos, and we did all of this while getting glammed up by the Bardot Babes! The Bardot is located in St. Augustine and from lash extensions to blow-outs, microblading to manis and pedis, they have everything needed to make sure you leave feeling radiant, refreshed, and ready to strut your stuff!
I recently posted the picture below on Instagram and asked if anyone is into self affirmations? I absolutely love that when you first walk into The Bardot, you are greeted with the hot pink, light-up sign that says "Hello Gorgeous"! Imagine having this in your bathroom and reading it every morning when you flip the switch...you'll always feel beautiful! I'm officially on the hunt for this sign! It's the perfect self affirming home decor piece!
So before I get into all things beauty, I have to take a moment to shout out The Preserved Restaurant for providing us with a delicious meal for brunch! I mean..do you see this glorious dish of Shrimp and Grits!?! It was almost to perfect to eat...almost! It definitely tasted as good as it looked!
We also enjoyed a breakfast quiche, yogurt and fresh fruit, salad, and champagne of course! Chef Brian Whittington definitely knows what he's doing over there at The Preserved Restaurant! Honestly, when I found out brunch was being catered by them, I knew it was going to be BOMB!

This lounging area is beautiful and gives off vintage vibes! I'm telling you, I was getting inspiration, left and right, for my own home. I love the mauve tones and white and gold accents! When speaking to the owner, Britnye Shore, she said the sofa is indeed vintage and you can look at it and see that it is in pristine condition!
I'm a total sucker for branding and packaging, so to see all of these gorgeous Smith and Cult nail lacquers, with the hot pink and black packaging, through out the lounge, added to the overall BAD-AZZNESS of The Bardot!
Seriously! What's not to love about these bottles of polish!
You're also going to find make-up, jewelry, and all sorts of beauty products through out the lounge for purchase. I think that makes for the perfect decor accents! Wouldn't you say?
Speaking of accents, the next time I go back to The Bardot, I'm 100% going to purchase one of these turban shower caps. In true "Girly-Girl" fashion, you have to be chic at all times, even when in the shower! I think it would be perfect for when you're traveling or even to walk around in the house with! It sure beats the heck out of those rachity old plastic shower caps! So chic! So cute! So me!

She also hooked your girls toes up because after hiding these feet for the winter, I was in serious need of a pedicure!

So first let's talk about the decor! When I first walked in I was awe-stricken by the fabulous swinging chairs and gold and black decor! Side-note, I need to have a serious, one-on-one conversation with Tammy about where she bought these chairs because they are needed in my home! Seriously...SO FAB!!!
LASH is also a boutique so as soon as you walk in you can shop items ranging from jewelry and sunnies to adorable artisan greeting cards, exfoliating sugar cubes, and glitter loofas (which I'll talk about a little later). At LASH you can also enjoy a wide range of exclusive skin and beauty care products from Indie Lee! They also carry Image Skincare and Revitalash Cosmetics.
So in case you weren't sure, LASH specializes in lash services. In addition to that, just about all of your beauty needs can be met at LASH. Soooo...the good Lord blessed me with long and luscious eye lashes! Thank you Lord! So for my first LASH service, instead of a lash extension I went with something I've always wanted to try but was always a little too chicken to. Are you ready for this??? I got a lady Brazilian wax. I chose this service because as we near Spring and Summer, I want to make sure I can endure it so when I need to be bikini ready in a few months, I can go back for the service again and not have to worry about those unsightly razor bumps you get from shaving! When I got to LASH for my service, I was greeted with a nice chilled mimosa, filled out a little paper work, and followed my new, friend Tia! She walked me through what the process would entail and assured me that there would be no need for modesty (and trust me, after the first few "snatches" you'll hold those legs however you need to so it doesn't hurt as bad for the next stripping!). In all honesty, if you've had a Brazilian before, you know what the deal is. It isn't the most pleasant process but I will say, Tammy kept the champagne coming, Tia cracked enough jokes to keep me laughing through the pain, and my little kitty was super cute and manicured when it was all said and done! I know what to expect now and will be back when it's time to hit the beach in a few months. Before I left I went back into the boutique area and purchased a silver glittery soap infused loofah as a parting gift for myself! Kitty was all sparkly and cute and that's all I have to say about that!
Or you can totally treat a special someone to some pampering as well. Mother's Day is coming up and I can't think of many moms who aren't in need of some extra TLC. Think LASH next time you need a special Glam service! #OrdinaryIsOver !

Last weekend I had the pleasure of visiting the Saavy Naturals store in Neptune Beach for the first official North Florida Influencer event and it was an absolute delight!
Of course spending an afternoon with a group of individuals who are loads of fun to be around is one thing but when you mix cocktails, food, and deliciously scented health and beauty products, you're bound to have an afternoon of giggles, good conversation, and quite possibly a little overspending.
So I have a particular interest in the backstory for Saavy Naturals as it was created by the Saavedra's, a husband and wife duo who had an extensive background in food services. They owned and operated restaurants and worked as personal chefs so when I learned they used herbs and edible flowers to create their Saavy beauty product line, I was intrigued. They were also on Shark Tank, season 7, episode 7 so it goes without saying that they are passionate about the products they market.
I love that their artisan body care products are 100% food grade and all natural. Their products are also vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free, palm-fre, non-GMO, and soy-free. They are definitely responsibly sourced.
You'll never have to worry about whether your body lotion or shampoo contains artificial ingredients and harmful chemicals when you use Saavy Natural products. Hey, you could probably eat all of their products if there was ever an apocalypse and you had nothing else!
Did I mention how amazing it smells when you walk in? I mentioned on my IG stories that I wish I had smell-o-vision. The aromas smelled amazing. They were very soothing and clean.
They aren't too over powering like scents from some of our favorite health, bath and beauty stores. You can find products including lotions, bath bombs, hand creams, sugar scrubs, shampoos, and candles just to name a few!
My favorite product sampled that afternoon was the Tahitian Vanilla & Kukui Sugar Scrub! It was a gentle exfoiliator that had my hands feeling incredibly smooth. The scent was intoxicating! I can only imagine how smooth I'd feel if I used it all over.
They were so sweet to give all of us a sample to take home!
Exploring all of the gems Jacksonville has to offer with my fellow blogger babes has been a blast! We have the best fun together.
As for Saavy Naturals, I am in love! I mean what's not to love about beauty products that are good for the body and smell divine? Not to mention, I don't believe I saw any thing over $20 bucks in the store. I've been learning more and more about what the Beaches Town Center has to offer and Saavy Naturals is one more local shop there that I can add to my list of shops to frequent!
The next time your near Neptune Beach in Florida or Huntington Beach in California, you have to treat yourself or someone to some products from Saavy Naturals! They would make wondeful gifts!

My favorite product sampled that afternoon was the Tahitian Vanilla & Kukui Sugar Scrub! It was a gentle exfoiliator that had my hands feeling incredibly smooth. The scent was intoxicating! I can only imagine how smooth I'd feel if I used it all over.
They were so sweet to give all of us a sample to take home!
Exploring all of the gems Jacksonville has to offer with my fellow blogger babes has been a blast! We have the best fun together.
As for Saavy Naturals, I am in love! I mean what's not to love about beauty products that are good for the body and smell divine? Not to mention, I don't believe I saw any thing over $20 bucks in the store. I've been learning more and more about what the Beaches Town Center has to offer and Saavy Naturals is one more local shop there that I can add to my list of shops to frequent!
The next time your near Neptune Beach in Florida or Huntington Beach in California, you have to treat yourself or someone to some products from Saavy Naturals! They would make wondeful gifts!

If you're not on Influenster, you are seriously missing out on some really awesome goodies! I was stoked when I found out that I was selected to receive the Marc Jacobs voxbox! I received a fabulous volumizing mascara for review!
To my surprise, the tube was pretty heavy for its size. The brush is shaped so that all lashes can be reached with each stroke providing the maximum coverage.
The formula itself is extra dark, super moist, and doesn't flake or smudge much. After wearing it all day, my eyes were still popping as you can see in the picture below!
I have pretty long lashes so I never really wear falsies but I always try to fluff them up with mascara. I am an instant fan of Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir because it really does add that extra volume with minimal applications. It has long wear and it truly makes your eyes POP! You can find this fabulous mascara in Sephora for only $26 bucks! For a designer mascara, I think you can't beat that price.

I was super excited when I found out that I was selected to receive a second YSL voxbox from Influenster! I was even more excited when I found out that this box included lipsticks, especially since I've been trying to step-up my lippie game! I received two YSL Rouge Pur Couture Lipsticks for review.
The packaging was in the signature gold wrapping and the lipsticks themselves are in the signature, couture jewel-like, gold tube with the YSL logo. Pretty fancy for a tube of lipstick but considering it's valued at $36 a pop, I appreciate the elaborate packaging.
I was pretty excited to try the lippies especially after reading up on the product. I enjoyed the YSL Touche Eclat Blur Perfector and Primer I reviewed last time (here) so I hoped for similar results with the lipsticks!
The colors I received for review were #09 Rose Stiletto and #19 Fuschia.
Upon the swatch applications, which were super smooth, I could see that both were very creamy and highly pigmented. After all, this YSL line, in just one stroke, promises to give luxurious and rich color that dresses the lips with intense hydration and antioxidant care. On a side note, I love that the colors have YSL engraved in them.
Here's how each color looked on my lips.
09 Rose Stiletto
19 Fuschia
Both colors glided on with ease! They both left my lips feeling very moisturized and as I mentioned before, they were highly pigmented, especially the Fuschia. They both complimented my skin tone and I can definitely see myself rocking both! The Rose Stiletto is more of an everyday color. Fuschia will have to be reserved for going out because it was pretty bright! I believe there are over 40 shades of the YSL Rouge Pur Couture available on YSL, Nordstrom, Saks, Bloomies,and at Sephora!
So which color do you like best? I can't really choose!
