Sunday's Best and a 5 Minute Meal!

Hello Lovelies,

I hope everyone has had a wonderful weekend. I missed you guys last week but things were pretty busy for me at work, hence the lack of posts.  Anywho, here is what I wore to church today.  I pulled my hair back into a bun for a different look. The message was quite simple.  It was about God's Love.  When's the last time you told God you loved Him and really meant it?  What about your family members, or significant other?   1 Corintians13 tells us what love is.   It's a great chapter, so if you get a moment, please take a look at it.

Yesterday was one of those "lazy" days and I didn't feel like doing much of anything.  I didn't want to go shopping, I didn't want to go out to eat, and I really didn't feel like cooking anything to eat but a girl's gotta eat right???? So ....I made the quickest meal I think I've ever made and it was delicious!!!

Crab stuffed Tilapia w/Rice and Veggies

The tilapia was stuffed with creamy lump crab meat!  I seasoned it well with lemon pepper, Old Bay, and Cajun seasoning.

I added a little olive oil to the skillet and cooked the tilapia on all 4 sides.  It doesn't take long at all!  About 5 minutes total!

While I cooked the fish, the rice and veggies were steamed in a bag.  I added a very small amount of salt and pepper to the rice and veggies.

About 5 minutes later, I had a yummy, quick, and nutritious meal!!!
